1. Standard Cancelation (Individual Bookings)

• Free Cancelation:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are free of charge.

• Late Cancelation:

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will incur a penalty of one night’s stay.

• No Show:

  • 100% of the first night will be charged if the guest does not show up without prior notice.

2. High Season Cancelation

(Holidays, Festivals, Special Events)

• Free Cancelation:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance are free of charge.

• Late Cancelation:

  • Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before arrival will incur a 50% penalty of the total reservation amount.

• No Show / Cancelation within 48 hours:

  • 100% of the total reservation will be charged.

3. Group Cancelation (4 o more guests)

• Initial Deposit:

  • A deposit of 30% of the total reservation is required to confirm the booking.

• Cancelation Policy:

  • More than 15 days before arrival:

    • Any amount paid will be refunded.

  • Less than 15 days before arrival:

    • 30% of the total reservation is non-refundable.

• Room Modification:

  • Up to a 20% reduction in the number of reserved rooms is allowed without penalty if notified at least 15 days before arrival.

4. Reservation Modification

• Free Modification:

  • One date change is allowed free of charge if requested at least 48 hours in advance.

• Conditions:

  • Changes are subject to availability and possible rate differences.

  • Modifications made within the cancellation window will be considered a new booking and follow the established policies.

5. Payments and Deposit Policy

• Reservation Credits:

  • Payments made will be kept as a credit valid for 12 months from the original arrival date.

• Expiration:

  • After this period, the credit will expire and will not be refundable.

6. Cancelaciones por Fuerza Mayor

• Accepted Cases:

  • In cases of force majeure (accidents, natural disasters, border closures), the following will be offered:

    • Free rescheduling

    • A credit valid for 12 months, upon presentation of supporting documentation
